Today is a sad day for LETSGETFR.EE and the incredible community that has embraced us. We are devastated to inform you that the Conscious Carnaval scheduled for August 20-21 must be postponed until August 2023.

WHY?

The reason is complex, yet simple: The combination of the shifting dynamics of our industry, the inflation we’re all feeling and new safety regulations that were recently put in place would have forced us to greatly alter your experience to a smaller, watered-down, inauthentic version. And that simply wouldn’t be doing right by the vision, the ambition, our partners and most importantly, YOU.
 
LETSGETFR.EE was created to do something very different, a first-of-its-kind for the industry, for Queens and for the many vibrant, beautiful communities within and around us. And that’s exactly what we will do.
 
In August 2023 we will light up Queens together. We will sing a little louder, dance a little harder and come together to create a future where we are all truly FREE.
 
For everyone who has been part of our journey so far, we THANK YOU deeply and sincerely apologize for this news. We send you our gratitude and our love. And we WILL see you next summer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

LETSGETFR.EE 2022 has been postponed. As a DICE ticket holder, what do I need to do?
LETSGETFR.EE 2022 has been postponed and will now take place in August 2023. As a ticket holder, you have the option to hold on to your original ticket or request a refund.
 
If you received an upgrade email in 2022 but would like to receive a refund, the refund will be for the original ticket purchased. If you would like to hold on to your upgraded ticket for 2023, no further action is required and the new ticket will be reflected in your DICE app (or if you bought a layaway ticket, in your TIXR account) before September 1, 2022. 
 
I’d like to keep my ticket and attend LETSGETFR.EE 2023. 
If you purchased a weekend ticket for LETSGETFR.EE 2022, and you’d like to attend 2023 you do not need to take any action. Your ticket will be valid for next year and remain in the DICE app (or if you bought a layaway ticket, in your TIXR account).
 
What dates will LETSGETFR.EE come back?

Can I swap my tickets to a different ticket available for 2023? 
If you purchased a ticket through DICE and you are interested in purchasing a different ticket for LETSGETFR.EE 2023, please email [email protected] and they’ll be able to help.
 
How can I get a refund for my DICE ticket to LETSGETFR.EE 2022?
Refunds can be requested from Friday, July 22 to Thursday, August 31st 2022. If you aren’t interested in waiting until 2023 to attend LETSGETFR.EE, would like a refund, and you purchased a ticket directly through DICE, you can request through the app or go to dice.fm/refund. Refunds will be processed on or before September 15th, 2022. If you do not receive your refund by September 15th, please do follow up with [email protected] from your original email. Please note, DICE can only issue refunds to the original payment method used to purchase tickets.
 
How can I get a refund for my TIXR ticket to LETSGETFR.EE 2022?
Refunds can be requested from Friday, July 22 to Thursday, August 31st 2022. If you aren’t interested in waiting until 2023 to attend LETSGETFR.EE, would like a refund, and you purchased a ticket directly through TIXR, you can contact TIXR at https://support.tixr.com/. Refunds will be processed on or before September 15th, 2022. If you do not receive your refund by September 15th, please do follow up with https://support.tixr.com. Please note, TIXR can only issue refunds to the original payment method used to purchase tickets.
 
When will my refund be processed?
Refunds are scheduled to be processed on or before September 15, 2022. We are working to facilitate refunds as quickly as possible.
 
Why can’t I get my money sooner?
Due to the nature and size of the event, we appreciate your patience as we process all requests. Once processed, it usually takes up to 10 days for your bank to process the return. 
 
Is there a cutoff date to request a refund?
Yes, you must request a refund on or before 8/31/22 at 11:59PM. Any requests after that date will not be accepted.
 
What if I transferred my ticket and they want a refund?
If you purchased a ticket through DICE, transferred your ticket, and would like a refund, you can request through the app or go to dice.fm/refund – Please note, the original ticket holder will be the recipient of the refund.
 
What if I bought a ticket on the secondary market and want a refund?
Only tickets purchased directly through DICE and TIXR, and the original ticket purchaser are eligible for a refund.
 
Will all artists be returning for 2023?
As always, artists are subject to change and we’ll be collaborating with all of our talented artists to potentially return in 2023.

I have changed my mobile number/email address since my original purchase. What should I do?
Please reach out to [email protected] or TIXR https://support.tixr.com/ to update your personal information, including the phone number and email address linked to your account, as well as your date of birth and your new details. The team will then get you set up.
 
I am receiving an error message on the website, what do I do?
If you run into any errors refunding your tickets, please take a screenshot and email it to [email protected] or TIXR https://support.tixr.com/ for assistance . Please outline the action you are trying to take and provide details about your original order, and the team will be back in touch with you as soon as they can. Please note that replies may take up to 48 hours.
